We found Oscar (owner) via Thumbtack after discovering our washing machine leaked. Water got under our laminate floors and pretty much ruined everything. He called us immediately. Oscar is such a kind person. He isn’t a pushy salesman and he is super informative. He has a lot of flooring products in his showroom. You can tell he knows his stuff. He took the time to break down the pros and cons of each product. The purchasing process was quite simple. Our floors were ruined on a Saturday evening, and our new floors + baseboards were purchased on Sunday morning. I usually like to wait and explore different options — so that’s telling you something. We had to let our subfloor dry for a day, and then the separate installation company leveled and installed our new floors quite quickly. We are pleased with how they look. The attention to detail is phenomenal. We have had compliments from everyone that’s seen it. We paid a fair price under budget and we look forward to enjoying our floors. Oscar and his team replaced the flooring in my loft area with vinyl plank for a gym area and it looks great! He also gave me a fair price. They pulled out my carpet, and reinstalled my baseboards as well. Everything is warrantied for a year as well. Will definitely use them for future flooring projects.

But it's not just the flooring that's great – it's the installation process too. The team at Premier Flooring are true professionals. They were on time, efficient, and didn't even mind when I hovered over them while they worked. (Hey, I was just excited, okay?) Plus, they were super friendly and even cracked a few jokes with me. I'm pretty sure they could moonlight as stand-up comedians if they wanted to. And the finished product? Absolutely stunning. I feel like I'm living in a fancy, high-end hotel now. I keep waiting for someone to knock on my door and offer me room service. (Sadly, no luck yet.) Oscar was prompt at coming out to provide an estimate for installing vinyl planking and baseboards throughout my home plus and quarter round in the kitchen and bathrooms. He promptly provided a professional written quote that detailed the costs. The pricing was competitive and he was able to work with me on some of the costs to make them the best option for all of the services for the price. They were able to start within a week or so and the crew worked long days and on Saturdays to get the job done. They were polite and serious about the work. And the new flooring and everything looks amazing! I’m very impressed and completely satisfied. I’m especially impressed with Antonio’s work on my stairs with the curved walls!
